At AUSKites, the protection of your personal information is important to us. When you enter information on our website, such as when you contact us, sign up for our newsletter, or make a purchase, this information is stored on secure servers. We will receive notification about your order or request, but your payment information will never be transmitted through insecure methods or via email.

We do not sell or trade your personal information with any third parties, unless required by law. Our site uses cookies to improve your experience with us – they allow you to avoid entering your information multiple times, but are not used for any other purposes.

Rain Check & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your booking, a deposit must be paid. The remaining balance must be paid before the booking begins. Once paid, bookings are non-refundable. They can be transferred to another person, but not to store credit. Bookings must be completed within 12 months of payment. After this time, any unused time and money will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, you must do so at least 48 hours before the booking start time to avoid any deductions. If you notify us within 48 hours of the booking start time, we will try our best to fill your spot. If we are able to fill the booking, there will be no deduction. If we are unable to fill the spot, 1 hour of credit will be deducted from your paid deposit. If you do not give notice or fail to show up for a booking, the time will be deducted from your booking. If you are late for a scheduled booking, the amount of time you are late will be deducted from the total booking time.

If the weather is not suitable or we need to cancel your booking, we will do our best to call you with sufficient notice. However, sometimes the weather can change unexpectedly. If a booking is cancelled or shortened by AUSKites, the unused portion will be rescheduled. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, your booking will be rescheduled for the next available time. We strive to get you on the water as soon as possible and will do everything we can to reschedule your booking promptly.
